Twenty Pearls Definition Tee

This is my 2nd Twenty Pearls DMG shirt. I loved the first one (purchased years ago) and wore it out! I just received the latest version and the writing (font, coloring, spacing, punctuation) is not exactly like the picture and the black dye isn't saturated (i.e. dark). There has been no response to my message about the same from DMG customer service to date. I guess nothing is as good as it once was. I'm keeping the shirt just to avoid the expense of a return, but honestly, it's "just OK". I'll buy in person at a conference next time.

I purchased a small at boule in Houston. I have outgrown my small and ordered a medium. Same great quality and one of my favorite tee shirts!

The Twenty Pearls shirt I received is different than the item that is pictured. I have sent 3 emails about this with no response. As a last resort, I decided to write a review in an attempt to get assistance. I have purchased products in the past without any issues, however, this is the first time have tried to contact someone with a problem. I am very disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof.

One of my favorite shirts!! I’ve worn my first one out. It’s really soft and beautiful!! Looks super cute on!! Can’t wait for my new one to arrive!
