Exchanges and Returns
We gladly accepts exchanges and returns within 14 days of shipping. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items, custom orders, and mystery packages. If there is an issue with your order you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package in the mail to resolve it.
Exchange items must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition. All exchanges must be submitted by the purchaser or gift recipient.
To start the exchange process:
- Email us at email@example.com and we will send you an exchange form to complete.
- Return the item(s) that you wish to exchange to the address below. Please note exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined the item is damaged due to our negligence.
- Once we receive your package, we will send out your exchange item(s).
Return items must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition.
To start the return process:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return form to complete.
- Return your items(s) along with the completed form to the address below. Please note returns shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined the item is damaged due to our negligence.
- Once we receive your return, a refund (minus the original shipping fees) will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Unfortunately, for returns/exchanges we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You have the option to use the carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for packages that are lost en route back to us.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your shipment. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund/exchange is processed.
