Disappointed. When I ordered I stipulated that the product needed to arrive by a certain date. I even inquired as to how to expedite if need. No response, until after date the items were due. Disappointed because you were highly recommended.

I love this keychain. I purchased it for myself and it is perfect for my keys. Not too light or too heavy. Plus the price is perfect.
